After a two years finish in ex-Sassicaia wine casks this superb whisky is brimming with redcurrant and forest fruit flavours with notes of toasted oak and subtle black pepper

This richly textured malt was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small proportion of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques
