It again was made utilizing a bit of skin contact with a long cool fermentation in very old barrels

After ferment and maceration on skins the wine was pressed off to Puncheon and barrique where it finished its malolactic fermentation and was left to settle before being racked into tank pre bottling late August + 10 ppm PMS

It is both generous and restrained

A cool climate Pinot Gris, dry in style showing sweet fruit flavours balanced with fresh acidity. Fragrant, lifted aromatics reveal orange blossom, ripe stonefruit and hints of nutmeg.
