Casamigos Mezcal Joven 750ml Haiti or sweet fruit dessertsCreated by George Clooney and Rande Gerber, our Joven Mezcal is produced in Oaxaca by a 4th generation family of Mezcaleros. Using traditional methods, we begin with our pias being cooked and smoked in an earthen pit. The roasted Espadn agaves are crushed using a stone wheel (Tahona method) and the liquid is fermented in one ton wood tanks for several days. Distillation happens in our 300L copper still and then rested for 2 months. Every one of our
