Distilled in April 2017 and left to mature in a single first fill ex bourbon barrel for 8 years. Aromas of citrus zest, marmalade and clementine peel are complemented by waxy apples doused in custard and hints of toffee. Theres a great balance and richness with black pepper spice notes developing. Bottled at natural strength of 61. 4% abv with just 230 bottles drawn
