It's a bit hard to convey scale through photos but these are quite substantial in volume and weight and especially presence--more full blown sculptures than figurines

with very light wear and minor aging/ warping to the cardboard roof

and of a great scale at 6 inches tall and long

with this great yellow and pink polka dotted fabric

of what was most likely a woman venturing out on a stroll along the seashore again and again to collect and then carefully preserve them

This watercolor, c. 1840s I believe, is finely done very much with the precision of a miniature, though it is not that small with the handling of the scarf draped
