There is a savory characteristic to this wine with hints of parmesan rind and wet stone. On the palate the crisp acidity shines while the fruit ripens with flavors of candied lemon just ripe peach and Fiji apple. The oak is very well integrated with subtle vanilla notes and a silky finish.
