I was sold as soon as a saw the blue paper with cut and pasted letterpress printed title

The two story house at center bottom with two sets of planters on either side reads more clearly

Some age toning and a little roughness along the bottom edge but overall good condition

The glass panel slides smoothly and shows no chips or cracks

I Sometimes I find these glazes a bit much
