To my eye, each element tilted head, ice blue eyes, matte cream skin, darker triangle nose, jet black hair, blood red lips, bright green shirt is just right, adding up to a portrait of a woman who seems to see straight into one's soul! (Also a bit as if composed in a Mr. Potato Head sort
