Seven Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 CountryUSA Made in small batches atA full bodied red of deep color. By nose and mouth it shows black and red fruits, sweet spices, vanillin and red plum overtones. The diverse vineyard sites show in a broad range of flavors and a sound structure with depth and length. Shows a slightly firmer structure and brighter acidity than the previous vintage. Cabernet Franc and Merlot add a softness and perfume to the core Cabernet Sauvignon. 2016
