my favorite part being the yellow webbed feet against green painted base but the expressionistically done black detailing on the wings is pretty good too

The box is an old wooden cigar box, left in tact but for the lid which was very energetically carved into all over (and colored with some crayon markings too), with the squirrel the marvelous focal point, its front paws about to hit one edge and its hind leg and fluffy tail the other.
