this very fine Northwest Coast Salish tightly coiled lidded basket dates I believe from the late 19th or early 20th century

Somehow it seems the world would a better place if we all wore paper hats, and these are the most charming examples I think I've ever seen. Each 11 7 8" laid flat and in very good condition. Sold as a pair because they're so nice together. Earlyish 20th c. I presume.
