There is an old split at the top of one leg

to  the be-hatted spectators to the right and one assumes teachers to the left keeping a close eye on things

but I am certain it included the work of Jacquer Poirer (1928–2002) whose trompe l'oeil painting is reproduced on the poster

Paper is somewhat brittle but overall good condition

A bit too short to be a pencil box (for unsharpened pencils at least), but perfect for erases to all sorts of other little things, with swing hinges on the sides that allow
