Antique Hand-Carved Frowning Woman pop of colorful but I of course don'tI assume this piece was once part of a piece of furniture perhaps the arm of a chair, such than many hands rested atop her head, or maybe she topped a post, taking a few bumps to the nose over the years. Whatever the case, I really love her face, with strong brow, deeply carved tear drop shaped eyes, and this wonderfully pouty mouth! I'm not sure of her origins but I'd think European and definitely an antique one, and making a terrific addition to a
