I'm not sure I'm ready for a large scale still life with dead game

funnily enough

with a small stain to the bottom right corner of the Ace of Clubs

and I could look at that sunlit tree against painterly clouds and radiant blue sky all day

a couple of hairline cracks and little paint loss here and there

Nice Old 14 Inch Carved Whimsy Chain papier mache napkin rings I'm not sure I'm readyThis old whittled whimsy chain, carved from one piece of wood, has a lot of character, with squarish links that very much show the hand or blade, rather of its maker. I might hang this one on the wall from one nail at the center with the ends hanging down, as it feels like they want to rattle against each other, ideally in a very old, maybe haunted, house! 14" l x 13 16" w. There is one rough patch on one link, as pictured.
