Sustainably grown grapes are sourced from 15 to 40 year old dry farmed vines planted entirely to indigenous grape varieties. Macabeu typically represents 45% of the blend, Xarel lo 40%, and Parellada 15%. The wine is aged for 18 months (twice the minimum for the DO) and disgorged to order, with a dosage of less than 8 g l.
