I especially like the formal rhyme between their stripes and the horizontal stripes of the stairs behind them

Just a bit of cracking to the wood at bottom right

And I love a mirror that was likely the only one in a household, a precious thing this one with its original back, nailed on, forever sealing that mirror inside. Clad in early red paint and with most excellent aging and de silvering to the mirror over time.
