The rod was purchased from Marty Keane and Marty told the owner that the rod was made in 1948 1949. Bob Summers told me the reel seat is from Shakespeare (the PHY Young Co. sold a lot of these seats). Bob is not sure who made the blanks (w 2 up node pattern).
