The rod was finished by Mike from Phillipson blanks. The rod was made in 2000 with only eight made. It is in excellent overall condition with all sections full length and straight. The rod features the familiar moderately tempered impregnated Phillipson blanks, chestnut silks with gold tipping, and a red agate stripping guide. Blued hardware. The butt is ever so
