The first thing I thought when I spotted this chair (purchased from a dealer with fabulous things in Medina

There are various spots on the back to which hanging hardware could be mounted for secure hanging on the wall

and with a tiny hole in the handle for threading to hang

I think the graphic patterns on both interiors and exteriors are just spectacular
