The whole pendant is 2 1 2" long. The tassel dangle alone is 1 5 16" long, 12 mm wide, with chains approx. 27 mm. The cap is chased. The dog clip clasp with swivel ring is 19. 5 mm long 7 mm wide. It is hallmarked 14K. The tassel tested 14K gold. Total weight is 7. 8 grams. Excellent antique condition.
