The leaves have a painted brushstroke appearance with more white, especially as the new growth ages. A newer variety, this plant is expected to reach 6 8 feet at maximum height by 4 6 feet wide. Bushy in form, like all variegated plants, Shigarami Nishiki needs partial shade to prevent burning. Best suited for zones 6 8.
