The wine was barrel aged for 14 months in 50% new American Oak and the balance in once used tight grain French Oak

and a touch of cedar

Aged in 55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years before being blended with older bourbon and finally finished in Merlot and Chardonnay casks for 3 to 6 months
