The Da Vero wines ('davvero' meaning really or naturally in Italian) are the result of our long relationship (over 10 years) with a cooperative in Sicily. Sicily's warm, dry climate is made for organic farming, and this is a lovely example of what comes out of it. Grown on chalky soils at 500m altitude, between Marsala and Palermo, the
