and found it such a lovely and surprising thing

I've developed quite a fondness for wall pockets -- beautiful things to hang on the wall that are also super functional

and a few little scratches

The loom itself was made expressly to perform its function: two of the pieces of wood were notched to allow the other two to lock squarely on top of them, then nails where added where they cross.
