Southern Italian Pasta Class & Meal The absolute gold standard inJoin Pastaia Honey Grace Lopez for a hands on class exploring the beautiful art of handmade pasta. Simply using flour and water, we will learn to create delicious pasta in a variety of classic shapes including fusilli, cavatelli, pici, and more. We will discuss flour options, proper cooking technique, and suggested sauce pairings. Participants will take home up to two servings to freeze or cook within 24 hours.
