Additionally, the more you upgrade the Flair of your card, the more intense the effect will become , and you can even get unique effects like fireballs raining across the card, musical notes dancing around, twinkling colored lights, and many more.
You wont always have a target for that effect, but youll have one often enough that this looks pretty good
