So to answer the question, we dont usually care about types so much in sets where it isnt the highlight, but occasionally do think Oh, this typal deck will enjoy this and I will definitely be putting this in my personal Bria, Riptide Rogue otter-typal Commander deck
I can't imagine any deck or playgroup where choosing Friend for yourself and Foe for all opponents isn't going to be a huge swing in your favor: pretty much every deck has a sweet land they want to tutor up, and enchantments/artifacts are so common in decks that it's not hard to find a situation where you're making each Foe sacrifice something relevant
This is because LSTM layers are stateful, and information from the previous time-steps is still used to make predictions even though they arent provided as features to the current time-step
For example: See that sequence of letters and numbers

As such the costlier the card the more you have to want the effect and I can't see that being the case for this one
