Elemental Bond only cares about creatures that ETB after the card is cast, while Garruks Uprising can draw a card based on creatures you already have when it ETBs

Any removal or creature buffs which are cheap enough special shout-out to Dark Knights Greatsword for its free equip cost are equally useful

Outside of just running this because its fun, I can see it being useful in decks like Pako, Arcane Retriever and Haldan, Avid Arcanist

The modality on Izzet Charm and Prismari Charm hold up fine, though Id never expect them to be a top-tier card
