It is a surprisingly fair card overall
It was designed to resemble a kid who loves sports, with an emphasis on connection with humans implemented through the heart and wave-like shapes on its body which symbolize vital signs
What we mean by consistency is that if you are building a deck to be a fighter, you might find that you dont get weapons out often enough or just cant do enough damage
Similar to how the Sabrina supporter card was in the first Pokmon TCG Pocket set, there is one new trainer card that I can see getting a lot of use , regardless of a given deck's strategy
