If you are doing the math, it took $300+ for this game to really shine

While many consider this card the fixed version of Lightning Greaves, an Equip cost of 1 is hardly an impediment, meaning many decks simply play both cards

(1) If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can add to your hand, or Special Summon (but its effects are negated), 1 Level 8 or higher monster from your Deck or GY that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set

I think it is a really cool deck, but I feel like it is still a different one

This card was worth just $3 before the latest MTG set came out, but now it's up to over $6 and continuing to climb

While it doesn't fit in many main decks due to not all decks relying on the back row enough to warrant a spot, the card can still result in complete blowouts and is certainly a competitively viable option for any side deck
