Oath of Ghouls, during each players upkeep, if there are more creature cards in that players graveyard than in target opponents graveyard, the player may return a creature card from his or her graveyard to his or her hand. But you cant use this Oath in a discard deck, because you give your opponent a larger choice of what cards to get back, and youll probably be unable to use the Oath for yourself

Despite being a 10 on the eponymously named Storm Scale, Wizards of the Coast found a miracle and added Storm on Stormscale Scion
The first of these was Jace's Phantasm, but these effects were memorably used in the Rogues deck after Zendikar Rising , which used cards with reverse threshold like Drown in the Loch and Thieves' Guild Enforcer alongside cards that milled opponents
