At the beginning of their precombat main phase, the archenemy reveals the top card of the scheme deck and plays it immediately

Still, given the focus on Equipment and how important Ash is to the story, using a legendary Equipment-matters card to show off Ash might have made the most sense

I haven't designed an up-to-date version of that build yet though, partly because I really don't like milling strategies that much lol
