I think you can drop these: Impact Tremors: I get it works with a combo but I feel like there are better cards to use Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip : a pretty good card, it could fit in here, but you may need to run more reanimating cards, I don't feel it exactly fits too much with the goblin token and the mini-kiki Pitiless Plunderer: excels in decks with lots of creature sacs but I don't see as much in this list, I feel at a glance, that it is more of a dead card more often than not

You might delay your opponent's plans by bouncing a land they need, or you can set up a more powerful play in the next turn by bouncing a less crucial land

The best ones do two at once

Red has access to plenty of mass artifact destruction spells, like Shatterstorm or Brotherhood's End, but being able to break symmetry on an effect like this is a huge boon in Commander games, since it doesn't punish you for running out your own artifacts early and often.
