One of the main rules of MTG is that you can only play one land each turn, so these cards break this one fundamental rule of the game

The Emissary can find zombies but you have to pay extra mana to flip them and you lose the EtB effect of them as well which greatly reduces the value of a couple of the more top end ones

I liked the look of this card, but similar to how Bestiary plays much better in practice, this so much worse
