The serialized 001/001 The One Ring, which was pulled from a collector booster by an Ontario retail worker and sold to Post Malone for a reported $2 million, the most expensive Magic card ever sold at the time
Im thinking, specifically, of Commander decks, both because its the format I play and because its all too easy to not build a weird deck
Draft and Sealed usually have some sort of buy-in in order to play, but they let players keep the cards they draft
While in the books this is a terrible thing for all involved, in Magic, it's almost always a net bonus
Of these four, "Violet Chimera" is a relatively simple and effective beatstick, but "Emerald Eagle", "Burst Gryphon", and "Blaze Dragon" have effects that require too much setup and/or provide little payoff for the investment
It has the potential of being really strong there, but it banks on how well you start off, how many fields you run if you don't have ways to manipulate your top decks ,and all the things that hit the grave from it if you pull the effect off
