This card seems truly absurd to me and likely one of the most impactful spells in Final Fantasy

That alone is enough to whet our appetite for this set, though well have to wait until 2025 for these cards to make their way out of Japan into English language sets

He is also more convenient to use with things like Aether Vial and Bloodbraid Elf than Hooligan but his advantages only really work for him in the few agro decks that might want him and so he really doesn't do enough over the mono coloured cards or the more versatile Hooligan to deserve a slot in the cube
Oskar doesnt have a discard outlet of his own, and so youll need a bit more setup to make him good, but there are a lot of graveyard decks out there that could benefit from this
