As a comparison about price points, consider that you can get all four of the Final Fantasy Commander precons for around $400 at the time of writing so you could but all four Precons, and a couple of Play Booster Boxes, and spend roughly the same as just one single Collector Booster box

The fact that you have to wait until your upkeep to get the effect is pretty tough given designs these days, but if you can keep it on the battlefield a few turns, it could yield some dividends
