So to have 38 lands and 7 rocks is way too many

As you have the control of when you draw and when you both draw combined with the fact you have a steady stream of cards coming your way it is pretty easy to take control of a game with an early Jace rather like a Phyrexian Arena or a late to the party Library of Alexandria
