In general, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben is the better of the two since it comes down a turn earlier, but there is some upside (outside of budget) to playing a split of both since Thalia is legendary, so while we can never have two copies of Thalia, Guardian of Thraben on the battlefield, we can have one Thalia and one Vryn Wingmare
