This is a pretty nice idea that resembles the ninjutsu of old and could open up a very intriguing design space revolving around bouncing and re-casting creatures

It was more like a polarity that flipped on your upkeep: everything that was phased out last turn phased in, and everything that had been phased in, phased out

Other cards like Breena, the Demagogue along with a lot of the cards in its preconstructed deck dont force creatures to attack

Primal Wellspring: I would cast a card draw spell and repeat it

Should Wizards overprint these collectibles cards, that allure may totally disappear
