Theyre legal for play in formats where the original cards are legal, so you can absolutely sleeve them up in your Commander decks or even Legacy decks if applicable
The only other complaint is the visual look of the cards, they look cluttered and make it hard to appreciate the artwork on the card

Scar fell out of the meta in favor of a simple Be Prepared, but in a deck like this where challengers reap lore and card draw benefits from Sumerian Talisman, Queen of Hearts, and Shere Khan, he is an incredibly powerful board-clearing tool
Out of the box, though, Illusions are very susceptible to actions, and with one Jafar, those characters are not lasting too long in any game
