While you cant use its cost reduction effect on the spell you want to copy (since the drake will be in the graveyard by the time you cast the spell), youll still see significant value from this 2-mana cost reducer if it hits the field early and starts discounting your instants and sorceries
The mana requirement here is steep, and you should really never expect to actually play it on turn three, but with the kind of mana it can produce, playing it later wont be too shabby either, though you do probably need some mana sinks to find use for the mana
A mint condition card can sell for over $7k
You can only have so many cards that don't add to the board, and this one has a relatively minor effect in a color without any sort of spell theme
Some of my earliest articles had dedicated sections about framing, but not about cards
Any card with a matching card ID cannot be played at all in any decks
