This can be very useful if you have cards like Spirited Companion or Ravenous Chupacabra, so you'll have guaranteed value every turn

For example, if youre playing a Commander like Sythis, you really want to be able to cast as many enchantments a turn so you can keep drawing cards and gaining life

I first built this list purely because I wanted a mono-blue control deck, but I was surprised at how consistently it won on turn 3 or 4
