It's the same reason people who play fixed-odds slot machines swear by their own personal 'system' for winning the jackpot

This isnt necessarily a bad thing, though: you may not want to go ham with a deck that you expect to play against other budget or lower power decks

I don't really have a lot to say about this card as its an OK card
