I couldn't find a Chromatic Lantern or Chromatic Orrery in my loose cards, but I did throw in an Arcane Signet, along with six lands to help me actually cast spells in a 5/c deck that was going to run 25 basics
The Fallout Junk tokens are a nice addition to this strategy, just enough to make Dogmeat a viable commander, but my opinion is that it should sit and stay as a great member of the 99 for the most part
