While its a little simple, the card actually does a decent job of representing this guy because he turns himself into a disgusting monster when the party fights him

I do expect my friends to start running more soon, but until they do, I do not need to change that aspect of the deck

Add another land and a ramp spell

Beyond that, you have the usual suspects when it comes to making a tight EDH mana base: Theres fetches and shocks and duals, with the surveil lands feeling better than ever in a deck with reanimation spells (though Id play them regardless)

Modern Horizons sets are known for pushing the boundaries of what Magic cards can do, and the third set in this series was no exception
