Take the focus on lands and apply it to landfall on Avenger of Zendikar, +1/+1 counter support in Defiler of Vigor, and Allosaurus Shepherd is huge as an enemy of blue

While Mangaras first ability may not trigger too often (lifelink on a creature with four toughness makes for an unproductive combat step), playing multiple spells each turn in Commander is a forgone conclusion

It gets a lot of bonus value from creature type however

(Then shuffle this card into its owner's library.) If the target creature's power becomes greater than 3 before Petty Revenge resolves, the target is illegal and the spell is put into its owner's graveyard
