Moltres' Poke-Power is called Flame Charge and you can use this power when you move Moltres from your hand to your bench, you get to flip a coin and if you get heads you may search your discard pile for up to 3 fire energy cards and attach them to Moltres, so you have a 50/50 chance of automatically being able to use Scorching Wing as soon as you put Moltres in play
