(6/6/2025) To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying (such as a flashback cost), add any cost increases (such as kicker costs), then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Emet-Selch of the Third Seat's first ability)
This is good for short experiences, but for TTRPGs this is a major setback for a few reasons: You need to hold up your phone A typical tabletop session lasts a minimum of 3 4 hours

The value of this card very much depends on the quantity, quality and suitability of the spells you have drawn and used already
Phenomenon cards work a little differently than traditional plane cards
If you do invest in it, however, it is more powerful then some of the cards above it
