This seemed like a cute little card at first blush, but after seeing it in action the past half-year, I have to say this is quietly one of the coolest blue Commander cards to be printed in a long while
The cards can be in near-mint, lightly played, or heavily played condition
If your deck is the "deal triple damage" kinda build, making sure it can't be prevented is a nice upside, especially if people play a lot of The One Ring in your group
Its just not as powerful, in my opinion
As is typical of Disney Lorcana , the most valuable cards in Shimmering Skies are Enchanted variants
Rhythm of the Wild makes it so your creatures cant be countered and gives them all riot, letting you choose to give them haste or a +1/+1 counter which is nice depending on the board
